HSG Engineering & Constructions Pte Ltd has been engaged by the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works to deliver the Design and Construct social housing project at Elizabeth Drive and Queens Court Road in Alexandra Hills.

Our team will deliver a three-storey multi-residential building incorporating 20 units. These units are expected to provide accommodation to young people struggling to find and sustain long-term housing while they continue their education and training. The building will feature 18 one-bedroom Gold units and two one-bedroom Platinum units. Additionally, it will include shared landscaped areas and 21 car spaces in the undercroft car park.

Conceptually designed by DM2 Architecture, the building is being delivered by HAL Architects to complement the surrounding neighbourhood’s build form.
