Embracing the age of global digital revolution, Lum Chang has developed its technical capability and integrated a full suite of digital delivery process in all of our projects.
These include Virtual Reality (VR), digital integration of work processes, digital fabrication, and digital construction which involves the use and application of digital tools to improve the process of delivering and operating in the built environment.
In order to constantly improve and keep up with the dynamic Built Environment industry, we regularly analyse data collected from project sites to help us make more informed decisions, increase productivity, improve site safety and reduce risk.
In keeping with our continuous effort to improve productivity, all current projects have adopted prefabrication and modularisation in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) system.
Social Responsibility
As an organisation that believes in giving back to the community, HSG Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd has been active in lending its support to numerous charities, organisations and causes to help the needy and less privileged in society. Over the years, we have been actively supporting charitable organisations through monetary and in-kind donations.
Annual Company charity drives are organised to raise money for charities, donations in-kind to benefit the needy or contribute to regional disaster relief and recovery efforts.
Since 2022, the Company has been taking part in the BCA-Industry Built Environment Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme which aims to attract high calibre students from National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to take up challenging and fulfilling careers in the built environment.
